Cape Cod Cutlery Blue Line Oyster Knife

This handcrafted Cape Cod Cutlery oyster knife is unlike any you've used before. The unique handle is made out of Wegue wood with a blue fish paper liner accent.  The knife is made of  AEB-L high carbon stainless steel; hand ground + double tempered to ensure strength + flexibility.  It is stain resistant but will still rust if not taken care of. 

The makers at Cape Cod Cutlery worked for two years with the shuckers of Wellfleet , Barnstable and Onset/Buzzards Bay to develop a knife that works exceptionally well, is beautiful + comfortable.
