Q: I am a maker and/or small brand that would like  Salty Harbor Shop to carry my items, what is the best way to do make this happen?
A: Send us an email with your store name, location, contact info and a little about your items/brand: saltyharborshop@gmail.com 
Just an FYI, we like to keep stock that is local, small and unique, we don't tend to collaborate with makers or brands that require minimums and sell their items on Amazon. 

 

Q: We are a retailer, and would love to carry 3N3 apparel in our store! How do we make that happen?

Q:  How do I know if my items is in stock? 
A: 
 
We track all of our inventory in real time through the same system that controls our website: so if the website will let you order the size and color you want, we (should) have it!  **On rare occasions, an inventory conflict will allow you to order a Sold Out item.  When those instances occur, we will attempt to reach you via e-mail to discuss options.  If we do not receive a reply in 3 days, we will refund the out of stock item and ship the rest of your order.

Q:  My size is out of stock or not available?

Q: ​How do I apply my decal? 
A: Decal Application
​*Clean surface thoroughly
*Peel the white paper backing off decal

*Carefully apply decal on desired surface starting from one edge
*Press firmly, use a scrapper or credit card to smooth it out
*Slowly peel off the clear transfer tape
 

Q: Can I iron my apparel?
A: Do NOT iron directly on any hand printed apparel; the heat will cause the ink to peel off.  You may turn the apparel inside out and iron on low setting if needed.
